Reliable for hydraulic fluid

This is my third time ordering hydraulic fluid from EquipmentShare Parts, and they're consistently good. The pricing is usually better than my local supplier, and it always arrives well-packaged. This time, I also grabbed some replacement seats. They are comfortable and seem sturdy, similar to the last set I got a few years back. It's nice to have a reliable source for these kinds of bulk items. Shipping took about the same amount of time as my previous orders, which is perfectly acceptable.

Good parts, slow shipping

I ordered a hydraulic filter and a new joystick controller for our telehandler last month. The parts themselves were exactly what I needed, genuine OEM, and fit perfectly. No complaints there. However, the shipping took longer than I expected, about a week and a half, which held up a job for a bit. The price was competitive, and the website was easy to navigate. I'd definitely buy from them again for standard parts, but for anything time-sensitive, I might look elsewhere or order with a bigger buffer.

Good filters, fast delivery

I ordered a few hydraulic filters and an engine oil filter. They arrived quickly and were exactly what I needed. No issues with fit or quality. I will order again for sure.

Excellent service and parts!

I had to replace an alternator on our skid steer, and I was a bit lost trying to find the right one. I called their customer service, and the representative was incredibly helpful, walked me through how to confirm the part number, and made sure I got the correct one. The alternator arrived within four days, which was faster than I thought it would be, and it was a perfect fit. Installation was a breeze. This experience was much better than some other sites I've used. I'm really impressed with how smoothly everything went. I'll definitely be coming back for all my parts needs. The site also had a good selection of other things I might need later, like new bucket teeth. Great job!

Fast delivery, good price

Ordered new air filters for our mini excavator. Arrived fast, in three days. Price was good. No issues.

Great parts and service

I needed some specific Skyjack parts for a scissor lift repair, including a joystick controller and some replacement decals. The website was pretty easy to navigate, and I found everything quickly. Placing the order was smooth. Shipping was faster than I expected, arriving two days earlier than the tracking said. The parts were all genuine OEM, which was a relief, and packaged well. I had a quick question about installation and reached out to support; they got back to me within an hour with a helpful answer. Overall, a really positive experience.

Decent prices, some shipping delay

I purchased some safety gear, including a hard hat, high visibility vest, and a fall protection kit. The product quality was good, and the prices were competitive compared to other sites. My order took a bit longer to ship out than I anticipated, about two extra days, but once it did, transit was quick. Everything arrived well-packaged. I appreciate that they carry a wide range of products. It would be nice if the initial processing was a little faster, but overall, a solid experience and I'd likely use them again for future needs.

My go-to for parts

I absolutely love this site! I bought a new set of tracks for my mini excavator last week, and they are perfect! The quality is great, and the price was much better than other places I checked. It arrived really fast, too. Finding the right tracks was super easy on their site. I'm so glad I found EquipmentShare Parts, I'll definitely be buying all my heavy equipment needs from here from now on!

Got my gloves and glasses

Needed some new work gloves and safety glasses for the crew. Found them here, super easy. They got here pretty quick, like a few days. Everything was just as expected. Good stuff.
